我们非常荣幸地宣布，中欧科学家论坛将于2025年10月31日至11月2日在德国海德堡隆重举行。此次论坛旨在促进中欧科学家和企业家的交流与合作，推动科学研究和技术创新的发展。为此，我们特别设立了“中欧杰出青年科学家奖”和“中欧优秀创新企业奖”，以表彰在各自领域中表现卓越的个人和企业。
论坛简介
中欧科学家论坛由德国、法国、荷兰、瑞士、丹麦、芬兰、意大利、西班牙等国家的知名院士、教授和科学家共同发起，旨在加强中欧之间的学术交流与合作，弘扬中欧之间的友谊。此次论坛将汇集来自各个科学和技术领域的顶尖专家，共同探讨前沿科技和创新实践，促进知识共享和合作发展。
此次论坛的分论坛涵盖了多种学术和应用领域，包括八个分论坛：

· 人工智能与交叉学科
· 临床诊疗与转化医学

中欧杰出青年科学家奖：
o 评选名额：10名
o 评选对象：48岁以下，在科学研究领域有杰出贡献的中欧青年科学家。
中欧优秀创新企业奖：
o 评选名额：10家
o 评选对象：在技术创新和商业应用方面有突出表现的中欧企业。
评选标准

我们诚挚邀请各界人士和机构推荐优秀的候选人和企业。提名和申请需提交以下材料：

· 个人简历或企业简介
· 参选候选人身份证（护照）、最高学位证复印件 / 参选企业营业执照
· 主要成果和贡献的详细说明
· 推荐信（如有）

申报人和推荐人需对申报内容真实性负责，一经发现材料虚假，取消获奖资格。
评选流程
评选委员会由来自中欧两地的著名科学家、学者、行业专家和企业领袖组成，负责监督和执行“中欧杰出青年科学家奖”和“中欧优秀创新企业奖”的评选工作。
评选工作流程
1. 提名和初审：提名阶段接受来自中欧各界的推荐和自荐，初审由秘书处进行材料的形式审查和基本信息核实。
提名和申请截止日期：2025年10月15日
2. 专家评审：通过初审的候选材料提交给评选委员会，委员会成员根据评选标准进行独立评审打分。
专家评审截止日期：2025年10月17日
3. 集中评议：评选委员会召开集中评议会议，结合独立评审结果，进行讨论和最终评分，形成获奖名单。
集中评议日期：2025年10月22日
4. 公示和确认：评审结果将在中欧科学家论坛官方网站进行公示，接受社会监督，公示期结束后确认最终获奖名单。
公示期：2025年10月23日至10月28日
5. 颁奖典礼：在论坛最后一天举行隆重的颁奖典礼，获奖者将有机会在大会上展示其成果和经验，并与中欧各界的科学家和企业家进行深入交流。

Outstanding Young Scientist Award & Outstanding Innovative Enterprise Award – Call for Nominations
Dear distinguished scientists and entrepreneurs,
We are pleased to announce that the ChinaEurope Scientists Forum will convene in Heidelberg, Germany, from 31 October to 2 November 2025. To foster deeper scientific exchange and technological cooperation between China and Europe, the Forum will present two honours:
· Outstanding Young Scientist Award
· Outstanding Innovative Enterprise Award
These awards celebrate individuals and companies that have achieved exceptional distinction in research and innovation.
1. Forum Overview
Jointly initiated by eminent academicians, professors and researchers from Germany, France, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Denmark, Finland, Italy, Spain and other countries, the Forum strengthens academic links and friendship between China and Europe. It will gather leading experts across multiple disciplines to exchange frontier knowledge and best practices.
Eight thematic subforums will be held:
